Drake Has Not Heard From Lil Wayne Just Yet

As word leaks that recently-freed rapper Weezy F. is prohibited from drinking alcohol for the next thirty-six months, while he's on probation, despite being photographed near a glass of something alcoholic-looking just last night, TMZ caught up with Wayne's friend Drake to ask if he's reconnected with the rapper yet. "No, not yet," Drake admitted. Today, Wayne tweeted: "Live a lie.Better off dead." Someone call

Michael Lohan Says Mom Dina Helped Mess Lindsay Up Too

Michael Lohan is all about shared parental responsibility—at least where it concerns placing blame for the troubles of his daughter, Lindsay Lohan.

According to reports, LiLo—who's currently cooling her heels in rehab at the Betty Ford Center after testing positive on a court-ordered drug test—has been telling pals that her father is to blame for the situation that she finds herself in, thanks to his history of incarceration, absenteeism and alleged abusive behavior.

And now Papa Lohan is stepping up to say that his daughter's accusations are untrue—his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, has provided plenty of help in destabilizing Lindsay's life as well.

The elder Lohan tells TMZ that Dina engaged in a streak of reckless behavior that definitely left its mark on an impressionable young Lindsay. Chief among the accusations: That, when LiLo was 4 years old, Dina got into an argument with Michael's mother—and allegedly smashed a phone across her face, causing an injury that required six stitches.

Michael goes on to claim that Dina once attempted to attack Michael, leaping over two beds to get at him—and accidentally knocking herself out in the process.

For the record, a friend of Dina's says that Michael's claims are "absolutely not true. She will not respond to anything Michael Lohan says."

Maybe they can work out a joint custody arrangement for the guilt over ruining their daughter's life.

Lindsay Lohan'sThings

Lindsay Lohan'sThings Are Gonna
Get Intense,

People close to Lindsay and the family tell TMZ they were all shocked that Lindsay got tossed in jail on Friday -- if only for a few hours. One close friend said Lindsay thought the judge was trying to make an example out of her -- Lindsay called it "completely unfair."

As for what's next ... our Lohan sources say Lindsay knows she needs rehab and she needs a good "foundation." The word that keeps coming in Lindsay's circle people is "intense" -- that Lindsay needs to go away this time, and sooner rather than later.

We're told Lindsay, Dina and her manager, Lou Taylor, are all a part of the rehab discussion.

One last thing ... as we first reported, Lindsay is going to have to wear the SCRAM bracelet again. As one LiLo pal put it, "She hates that f**king thing."

Ilene Woods, voice of 'Cinderella,' dies

LOS ANGELES, July 4 (UPI) -- Ilene Woods, whose voice gave life to the 1950 Disney classic, "Cinderella," died in Los Angeles at age 81.
Woods died Thursday of Alzheimer's-related complications at a nursing home in Canoga Park, her husband, longtime "Tonight Show" drummer Ed Shaughnessy, told the Los Angeles Times.
"I loved doing the character," Woods, who beat out more than 300 other singers who auditioned for the part, told the Houston Chronicle in 2005. "When my dad saw the movie, he said he saw me in the facial expressions, hand movements and mannerisms. (Animator) Marc Davis would watch me record and picked up on things."
Woods spent the next two years making recordings at the Disney studio. "Walt would sit down at the table with us at meals, and we discussed the movie together. It was just magical. There was a happiness and joy," Woods said.
"One of the things about her performance is the warmth she gave the character," animation critic Charles Solomon told the Times. "As soon as she began to speak, her voice meshed with Marc Davis' animation to create a heroine you liked instantly."

Lindsay Lohan's catfight over Dan Cipriani

EXCLUSIVE: She claims waitress hit her
England rugby star Danny Cipriani was caught up in a vicious catfight which ended with Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan claiming she was punched in the face.
Cipriani, 22, was at Lindsay's 24th birthday party at Voyeur nightclub in West Hollywood when waitress Jasmine Waltz - who he has dated since splitting with model Kelly Brook - allegedly flew into a rage when she saw Mean Girls star Lindsay flirting with him.

It's claimed that Jasmine ran across to Lindsay's table and struck her across the face. A witness said: "They exchanged words then, before anyone could intervene, Jasmine leapt on Lindsay and attacked her." According to the source Lindsay looked "visibly rattled" and later wrote on her Twitter page: "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason."
But wannabe actress Jasmine, 27, claimed Lindsay had made up the allegations. She said: "All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional. I did not hit her."
She added: "But I would like to. " The rumour mill has been churning since Lindsay and Danny met and swapped numbers while watching the England-USA football game in Hollywood on June 12.

Waitress denies punching Lindsay Lohan

"I didn't hit her," Waltz added. "But I'd like to."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, early Friday morning — the start of Lohan's 24th birthday — around the time she left Voyeur, a nightclub in Los Angeles, the actress tweeted, "A waitress just hit me."

Lohan did not tweet the name of the waitress she claimed attacked her, but added that the woman "punched me for no reason."
Earlier in the day, however, sources inside the club told Access Hollywood a punch had occurred and it was over the waitress' ex, British Rugby star Danny Cipriani, who Lohan has recently been seen with.

The sources went on to say that Voyeur is still deciding how to discipline the waitress — who has reportedly dated Ryan Seacrest, "Star Trek's" Chris Pine and singer Jesse McCartney — but that she will likely be fired.
