Los Angeles so stars can deal with

legal woes,

The filming of Lindsay Lohan's upcoming movie is being relocated to Los Angeles, so the troubled actress can still play the leading lady while handling her legal woes.

Movie execs do not want to lose LiLo from the cast of "Inferno" and are willing to spend big bucks to move the set from Louisiana to California, TMZ.com reported.

"We're staying [in Los Angeles] - good for the movie, but also the best way to deal with travel restrictions or other hijinks," one source told the celebrity website.

Lindsay is expected to start shooting the movie in January, provided she does not find herself behind bars again.

She was sprung from jail late Friday night after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg overturned another judge's earlier decision to lock the actress up for failing a drug test.

Lohan posted $300,000 bail. She must be fitted with a new booze-monitoring SCRAM anklet and is due back in court on Oct. 22 for a probation violation hearing.
