Man Calls 911 For A Prostitute
Ever since Craigslist shut down its Erotic Services section, things have lapsed into pandemonium. Desperate for human touch and connection, people are going anywhere and everywhere for love and sex — even funeral homes, I hear.
But one North Carolina man knows that the best place to turn to for prostitutes is 911. That's the number that he called (three times, all told) to request "a hooker." He evidently mistook the local police escort service for an actual escort service and decided to give them a ring.
He was arrested, of course, but can you blame the guy for trying? I mean, isn't the local police station probably a good place to find hookers anyway? In fact, he probably wound up meeting one after getting arrested, making fools of us all.
